On-Site Coordination Packages are designed for the couple planning their own wedding, but realize the importance of hiring a professional to be there on the day of to ensure all details are attended to in a timely and professional manner.
Any custom package can be perfected with as many hours necessary to meet your needs.

- Vendor referrals, as needed, upon booking your coordinator.
- Providing you with ongoing advice, guidance and support as you might need via phone.
- Assistance with every detail that you may not have thought of...or even the unplanned...
- Detailed meeting to discuss all your wedding details. This meeting will occur about 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding.
- Creation of a Vendor Contact List that includes each contracted Wedding Day Vendor.
- Creation of a detailed Wedding Day Timeline that includes a Ceremony Organization form for the processional and recessional (who stands with whom, when to walk and how to file out at the end) in addition to a Reception Itinerary with details of every transition.
- Up to 2 hours of coordination and facilitation of your Wedding Rehearsal.
- Up to 7 hours of on-site coordination for a worry-free Wedding Day!
- Coordinator will serve you and your wedding party and family members as your professional liaison with your vendors, making sure every detail is handled in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinator will serve you as your professional liaison between your wedding vendors, coordinating smooth transitions and an enjoyable flow throughout your wedding day, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your Big Day!

A consultation usually runs about an hour to an hour and a half long about 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day. During this time WEDDING BOUND© will sit down with you and go over any and all aspects of your wedding that you may have questions or concerns about. We can even help you put together and organize all your plans and details!

- Balance due in full 10 days prior to your Wedding Day. A $100.00 Late fee will be added to your bill if your payment is received late.
